Based in Selwyn, Canterbury, DP Homes is a boutique building and management company.  We build a limited number of houses per year which means each project we take on is our priority. If we choose to work with you it is because we like you and know we can work well together.

At DP Homes we understand that everyone’s wants and needs are different and we will tailor each project to fit your budget and lifestyle. We offer a complete design, build and project management service and work with you right through from concept and budget setting to design and build.

Our experienced Project Managers will guide you through every step.

Step 1

How can we help you get what you want?
We will sit you down and go over the building process with you, answer all your questions and give you the information you need to start making your dream a reality. We don’t stop until you’re happy so this may be one meeting, or several.

Step 2

Set your Budget.
We will build to your budget.

With all the information provided from your consultation it is time to visit your bank and find out how much you can afford and arrange finance.

Step 3

Concepts and design.
Whether it is big or small, there are no limitations.
Our team will work with you to design your dream home. Once your plans are completed they will go to council for approval.

Step 4

The Build.
It is time to build.

Your Project Manager will keep you informed every step of the way. This will include bringing you all the supplier invoices to view before payment.

Step 5

Home sweet home.
Welcome to your new home or investment!

Our personalised service and attention to detail don’t stop when we hand you the keys. We’ll be calling round after you’ve been in your new home for a while to make sure everything is fine. If not, we’ll fix it!
