The open plan living area provides separation between the Kitchen, Dining and Living while all opening out onto the outside space from two large sliders. These doors can be centred along the walls or pushed right into the corner completely opening the living spaces to the outdoors. With 3 or 4 generous sized bedrooms there is no need for a second living area. This design works well on both Street front and back sections.
